Reservation Policies

Cabin

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
• Cancellations 30 days or more before the reservation date will receive a refund minus a $20.00 fee.
• Cancellations within the 30 day limit will be retained.

Lodge

• Reservations are accepted for one or more nights.
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a one day/evening deposit.
• Cancellations 30 days or more before the reservation date will receive a refund minus a $20.00 fee.
• Cancellations within the 30 day limit will be retained.

Insurance

Terratima can assume NO RESPONSIBILITY HOWEVER CAUSED FOR INJURY, LOSS or DAMAGE to person or property INCLUDING that resulting directly from acts of GOD. We suggest that you purchase short term Vacation insurance. It is recommended that for longer stays that you should also consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
